Nutrition Counseling
The initial consultation is for clients to tell me their stories. I (Corissa) through my practice, Inner Radiance Nutrition, learn about their nutrition goals, and we search for the root cause of their health symptoms by looking at food habits and preferences, medical history, stress levels, play and activity levels, and sleep patterns.
A follow-up appointment to discuss how goals and implementing recommendations are going. We will determine new goals and find the steps to take them together to improve symptoms through food recommendations, stress management techniques, supplement recommendations, and play and activity ideas. Lab evaluation will be conducted as needed. Typically, sessions are bi-monthly. *Must book Initial Consult or a Bundle including an initial consultation first.

Nutrition Counseling Bundles
I (Corissa) through my practice, Inner Radiance Nutrition, offer bundles to enable clients to stay and give them a deal. Package bundles are offered because I understand that change takes time, and clients need at least three months to create lasting change. The three-month bundle is $615 bi-monthly (includes an initial consult and six follow-ups) and saves $100 (a free session). The six-month bundle will cost $1115 for a bi-monthly appointment (includes an initial consult and eleven follow-ups), including two free sessions (saves $200!).

Special Services
I (Corissa) through my practice, Inner Radiance Nutrition, offer meal planning, online cooking classes, and virtual grocery store tours to help you maximize your benefits. A week of meal planning for all three meals is $75. Online cooking classes are $50 per person (Minimum of 3 people)—health and wellness coaching with weekly sessions. The cooking classes are $35 as an add-on to any Nutrition Counseling or HWC Package.
Inner Radiance Nutrition also offers group grocery store tours in-person (must live in Laramie, WY) or virtually for $35 per person ($50 for individual tours unless part of a bundle), with a minimum of three people or as an add-on to nutrition or HWC session package bundles for $35.

Health and Wellness Coaching (HWC)
The initial consult is to establish the coaching agreement. I (Corissa) Through my practice, Inner Radiance Nutrition, partner with clients and meet them where they are so they can achieve their goals and dreams. We discuss their Wellness Wheel and Future Vision. The Wellness Wheel includes the client’s self-rating of 12 areas of wellness.
Follow-up appointments are for clients to work through being stuck, gain motivation, and create goals. Clients determine their goals, and we partner to find steps to reach them. Typically, sessions are weekly. *Must book an Initial Consult or a Bundle including an initial consultation first.

Health and Wellness Coaching Bundles
I (Corissa) through my practice, Inner Radiance Nutrition offer package deals for health and wellness coaching with weekly sessions to help clients reach their goals because I understand that change does not happen overnight. A one-month bundle will include the initial consult and three follow-ups, costing $300 (saving $65). A two-month bundle will consist of an initial consult and six follow-ups costing $490 (saving $115). A three-month bundle will consist of the initial consult and 12 follow-ups, costing $935, which includes one free session (saving $150)!

Combo Nutrition Counseling/HWC Coaching Bundle
Can’t decide what’s right for you? I (Corissa), have you covered! Through my practice, Inner Radiance Nutrition include a bundle for nutrition counseling and health and wellness coaching. I want to offer this to enable clients to work with me longer and give you a discount on your commitment. I also provide a combination bundle of nutrition counseling and health and wellness coaching to help clients implement the nutrition recommendations I make to you and include a grocery store tour. The bundle price consists of a free virtual grocery store tour, six nutrition consultations, and six health and wellness coaching sessions. The current offering is a three-month bundle with an initial consult for nutrition counseling and a longer first HWC session for fourteen appointments (one initial consult for nutrition counseling and one extended initial HWC session, five follow-up nutrition visits, and six follow-up HWC appointments, and one grocery store tour, and an online cooking class) for $1100 (saving $150).
